Refund Policy

At ZustPe, we strive to offer a seamless experience with our financial services. Please note that once a service, including BBPS (Bharat BillPay Services) or rental payments, has been processed or availed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. In the event of a transaction failure due to technical issues, please contact our customer care team for assistance. We are here to provide the necessary support and updated information to resolve the issue.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your subscription or services. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. If you cancel before the end of your current billing period, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of that period. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portions of a subscription or service, including BBPS and rental payment services.


Shipping and Delivery

As our services are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping involved. All services, including BBPS and rental payments, are provided through electronic means. Therefore, there are no shipping fees or delivery issues to address. 


Changes to Services

ZustPe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, including BBPS and rental payments, at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of our services.
